Upcoming Fundraising Events

 

 

Golf Tournament - August 10th, 2018  9 AM

Schuylkill Country Club

Orwigsburg,  PA

 

 

Please Note:

The building can no longer be used for fundraising events as it had is the past. The first (12) concerts, bake sales and leases from (7) businesses sustained the building, paid the taxes and helped with the refurbishing. For the last (2) years, only outside help wil save the center. Our goal is to satify the needs of the borough in order to open the center again to the public.

 

 

Anybody having additional ideas for fundraising, please send us your idea. If you would like to join the fundraising commitee or start a group, that would also be appreciated. We currently have a group organizing golf tournaments. Kickstarter and gofundme (link to right) is, or has, been used. Successfully maintaining and running a center as large as the Cooper is taking $20,000+ a year to accomplish. The last (2) years has been devastating to the budget now that the building can not financially support itself. Thanks for the community support in overcoming this obstacle.
